I'grand a loyal Dunkin' client
I have had then much bug with your app... I volition reload it and then I will get to the store to use my reward card and I get a app error bulletin. It'south happened way to many times lately. When you commencement come up out with this, it was working well, now I'k but wasting time on trying to get my $ off of my card business relationship simply because your not willing to finger out the problem consumers are having. We are on our way to piece of work, appointments, etc and nosotros don't have any fourth dimension to keep trying to get our funds off of your companies advantage card business relationship just considering yous take decided to alter around your application. It's not easy to use funds that you have already deemed for when we go to your facilities (eatery) just to find out we are out of luck with using our DD Perks card because of technical difficulties. Tin you please fix this trouble. I'chiliad going to have to observe a new coffee shop (Coyote Java), it'south not about the money, information technology's about service to constantly whose dependable on their perks bill of fare! App mostly downwards/doesn't work
I ordered coffee through the DD app earlier this morning but when I got to the drive through window, the sales clerk asked for my order information, unfortunately, the app was downwards and information technology showed that order history is unavailable at this time. Now,I don't have annihilation to show her so she said that she could not give it to me unless I can show her the receipt as a proof that I actually ordered with a voice and an attitude insinuating that I'm trying to steal coffee from her. I have been ordering through this app for a long menses of fourth dimension & I know that it goes down more often than non, it's actually annoying!😡 Shouldn't the shop take a print out of the receipt when a customer orders on the get??? Well, what happened? There goes my wasted money non to mention the aggravation that I got from the unprofessional salesgirl!! They need to railroad train their staff better!
I had to go to the website to call back my gild history, but by that fourth dimension, I had already left the store frustrated and aggravated! Terrible function
My biggest problem with this app is it rarely works. If you lot inquire it to refresh and show the remainder on your pre-loaded bill of fare, information technology constantly says the wrong balance co-ordinate to what they scan at the register and say that I have. It'southward told me before I had $12 for example, and the people scan at the register and say I have three. The rewards are practically worthless. I go there twice a week and I might get a free cup of coffee every other month. But none of that matters compared to trying to load my carte du jour with value. Information technology should be simple but every single fourth dimension I do it there'south a different trouble either preventing me from putting value on, or showing me a screen that says there's an error so that I practise it over and over again end upward with $60 added to my stupid Dunkin' Donuts bill of fare. Then I go through an entire social club on the become procedure and at the very end when I effort to pay and be done with it information technology says my location doesn't back up ordering on the go. Exercise y'all call up yous could've maybe told me that beginning earlier I went through a ridiculous 30 steps to try to get an order in?
